Debby's father started in the business as a diamond setter at the age of 20. He then became a manufacturer in the 19th century.  They were one of the first designers to have a Laser welder. There was a day where over 30 employees made the success behind the quality pieces produced in their wholesale manufacturing company. Over the years, for decades, Allen would travel the U.S. and internationally to see their many valued clients.​ Debby has grown up around the diamond and jewelry industry the majority of her life. She works with CAD design, 3-Dimensional printer, etc. and they both are familiar with every aspect of the jewelry industry from casting, polishing, saudering, plating and more.
